Thanks, I'll check there. I did remove it by mistake when I installed the new headlights so maybe I didn't install it back correctly.

Thanks for the reply, the blue and orange wires from the harness i received are cut and im wiring this into a 16 CM with an 18+ OEM led headlights. From what i read the blue goes to the turn signal and the orange goes to the headlight level plug. My truck didnt come with led drls originally so i dont think i need to have a jumper harness going to the purple wire.

Just installed the NSV light at on my 2019 Tundra Limited. Light bar seems to work just fine but now my factory DRL’s don’t work.

Just posted before about the DRL’s not working but now they work just fine. Installed the light at and super happy with its functionality.

Don’t know exactly. I followed the you tube video and took my time installing everything very carefully. Took me about 6 hrs total from start to finish. When I was done I started car and went through all functions. That’s when I noticed the factory DRL’s were not on. About an hour later I went to the grocery store and when I returned It was working fine.

U have 16 platinum with 2019 led headlights, do I need to cut the blue wire? What am I losing if I don't cut it?

I installed a 3rd gen lightbar on a 2021 Tundra TRD Pro today. Everything except the left blinker works as it should. I’ve double checked the pins on the main wiring harness and all is good there - left #3 empty.

With the blue wire cut on the patch harness to the headlight (at the headlight) the left rear blinker works but the two front headlights both flash their LED accent lighting but no blinker functions on either when left blinker is active. The right blinker works as it should when activated but the left blinker makes both front headlights flicker in a weird way. However, if the headlights are on, they stay on as normal and it appears as though nothing is happening to the front headlights with the left blinker on.

If I reconnect the blue wire then the blinker shorts out and nothing works at all including the blinker signal on the dash or the left rear blinker.

I’m not sure where to go from here - I did see the trouble shooting column say that re-pinning the blinker may be necessary due to previous recalls but that doesn't seem to apply to me here.

Did anyone’s fog lights stop working after installation of the light bar? Mine worked prior and now nothing.

Does anyone know what models require the triangle connector for the headlight adjustment motor? I bought this lightbar from the OP when his truck was totaled and installed it this morning. I have zero power and zero light to the bar. The only things I don’t have hooked up right now it the tap inside the cab by the switches (I think these are just for illumination of the switches themselves) and I didn’t get the part of the harness from the OP that plugs into the headlight adjustment motor so I couldn’t hook that up. I’m not sure if I even need it or what it does. The only thing T’d into at the headlight is the turn signal connector. Aside from that, the blue wire was cut and remains cut since I have the factory LED headlights. Not quite sure what I’m missing here but I haven’t gotten the bar to light up at all. Any help?

Okay so, I was able to get it somewhat working by running the T tap from the blue wire to a posi tap on the purple illumination wire coming from the headlight motor plug. DRL seems to be all that’s working as long as the headlights are on or on auto. Can’t get anything else to work with the switches regardless of the headlight switch position. Lock/Unlock and swipe seems to work. Cannot get full lightbar to light up yet, even with the headlights ON and on high beam. I also have hyper flash on the left turn signal. All the bulbs seem to be working except the front driver side blinker. Even though the blinker is hyper flashing, that bulb won’t illuminate.

Well, moving the white wire from the turn signal to the middle from the end fixed the hyper flash now the blinkers work. Still no full lightbar. So weird!

Did you leave the blue wire reconnected at the blinker?
My blinker was hyper-flashing and not working so I tried to reconnect it which is when I think I blew a tail fuse (but could have been another time).

My blinker is in the recall setting (outside pins)

After reviewing almost every post and video and sent email to Headlight Revolution and NSV. While waiting to hear back I tried to swap the OE plug to pre-recall configuration.

    upload_2021-12-24_19-22-46.jpg

This did bring full functionality to the light bar, stopped my blinker hyper-flashing, and stopped blowing tail fuses. However, as expected the blinker was noticeably dimmer and I didn't like changing Toyota's new pinout.

I both Aaron (HR) and Jensen (NSV) got back to me and suggested to change the pins in the main and patch harness. There are new instructions coming out at some point, but essentially the White wires should align and the Black and Orange ones. Jensen sent me this the pin out diagram.
    upload_2021-12-24_19-36-1.jpg

So today I changed the OE Plug back to post recall and re-pined the harness; basically swapped the white and blue wires so that blue was in the middle.
    upload_2021-12-24_19-30-34.jpg

After the main and patch harness was changed everything worked perfectly.

    I re-pinned all 4.
Be careful not to drop any of the inserts because it's easy to do...<expected story here>
