Just had front coils adjusted to level the truck, because Fox says 0-3" and it was getting 4" of lift with no adjustment. Based on previous feedback went with 3 threads showing on driver, none showing on passenger.

    Very nice!
I like the C4 bumper without the light bar cutout. Don’t think I’ve actually one in real life until yours.

Yea I didn't really want to put a light bar there especially when I install a winch, but I will be adding some sport lights between the bumper/bull bar like seen on their product photos.

Yup thats the plan, but to do so I want to add a Switch Pro which between that the pods will be another fairly pricey upgrade so probably next year ;)

I hear ya! I got my Switch Pros earlier in the year for a great price by shooting a PM to @sdhq_offroad. One of my favorite mods to date

Wheels installed with Cooper STT Pro 315/70R17 tires.
Love the stance, probably going to add color matched bushwhacker flares in the near future.

How are you like the Fox 2.5 with the DSC? Have you played with the settings at all? Why did you add the coachbuilder shackles?

Loving the Fox 2.5's, haven't tried messing with the DSC settings yet but when I will sooner or later. I added the coach builder +2 shackles to raise the rear 1.25" so the 3" front lift wouldn't put it nose high.

Sorry I misread that, thought you had added shims. :anonymous: Did you install the coilovers straight out of the box or did you adjust the height before you installed them?

So I had them installed by a shop, they installed them straight out of the box but unlike FOX's stated 0-3" I was getting 4". Shop had to take them off to adjust them (didn't charge me for it either) and got them down to about 3" by setting the driver side at 3 threads showing and the passenger at none showing (based on a post somewhere in this forum we tried these settings). Overall I'm very happy with how they sit and ride, I will be adding a Warn Zeon 12-S Winch soon so I'm glad I got the 700lb spring FOXs over 600lb spring KINGs (700lb if you custom order from select vendors).

Are you planning to get the protection rings or beadlock rings for your wheels?

I considered the protection rings but ultimately decided they really were not worth it.

Can't run beadlock on streets so not likely to need them as I don't do enough hardcore offroad.

Yea I had been looking at various wheels (not so many available for tundra in 17”) for awhile but when these went on clearance I couldn’t resist. I think they are some of the best looking available for the tundra.

Got a new battery "X2Power Premium AGM BCI Group 27F Battery", seems to turn over quicker now (pretty sure my battery was slowly going out).

I had the same experience when I switched out my OEM battery (was dying) to an X2 as well, f'n thing cranks over like there is no tomorrow now! I imagine keeping it topped up every other month or so should keep the cells good and happy for years to come. Good luck with yours and a good looking truck you have there!
