sd trucksprings

anyone else having problems contacting sd trucksprings out of new york? placed an order on line and only recieved half of it.wont answer phone or emails.

 

Never heard of them, but if you dispute the charges with your CC company you'll likely get a response. Companies tend to notice when you start taking your money back. Granted, this would not be my first course of action, but I wouldn't let the lack of contact drag on too long either.

 

I've had about a dozen orders from them without a hitch.

 

Have always had good service with them.
They are slow to answer phone though.
I’m sure they’re short-handed currently.
