    First had to buy it
    Brought it home

fired up the egg to 500 or so and tossed a couple potatoes in foil on for an hour
Then cranked up the heat a bit to around 550-600
Seasoned the now room temp steak with lots of kosher salt
Seared both sides for 4 minutes when I flipped the steak I topped with 1/4 stick of keri gold seasoned butter with garlic and herbs
After another 4 minutes I moved the grate up and placed the steak back on to finish cooking
About 5 more minutes per side and on the second flip I added another 1/4 stick of the seasoned butter
I was shooting for 126 but over shot a little but still turned out great. So tender and moist and the flavor of the salt and seasoned butter was amazing. So much so I used my cutting board as a plate lol

    enjoy

It was amazing. Never used then keri gold seasoned butter before but it will be a staple in my fridge going forward, going to try it on a burger next time I grill one.

nice grill! How many high life’s does it take for you to bust out the gun, and knife next to the beef?
Just giving you a hard time because I’m stuck at work.
