This will destroy your trade in value if you care about that. I don't, so I am considering doing this.

    More tire clearance primarily.

Fit my Toyo 37x13.5x18 without rubbing. And I’m not talking about turning into a mall parking lot but turning full lock on a trail, offroad

I understand what it literally does, why not just a body lift then ? Certainly easier.

IMO, body lifts are terrible. They stretch out the harnesses, put a huge gap between the body panels and bumpers, there's a gap between the bed and the frame, it makes the engine bay look weird... etc. This also keeps your center of gravity which is huge if you're going to be putting brover... i mean overlanding gear on your truck. This will give you the maximum wheel clearance as even the most aggressive BMCs can still have clearance issues. The issue with Tundras is the body mount its self, not necessarily the body panels; like on a chevy that you have to norcal.

Not the same. A body lift just moves the body upwards. Clearance from tire - body mount is still the same.

Moving the body mount backwards along the frame gives a lot of clearance for bigger tires off road.

Keep in mind you are altering what Yota engineers designed considering safety. @ColoradoTJ posted a vid about altering the frame by chopping and or altering the cab mount location for example. Has to do with having a tire/wheel encroaching into the cab area in a front collision. That's why, even though I finally found my chop plates, I won't be doing that cab mount mod for tire clearance. If you sell or do this mod for someone you best make sure your bases are covered for any potential liability.....

FYI, any mod you do to your truck wasn't a part of Toyota's design when considering safety, which includes lifts, tires, wheels, spacers, exhaust, seat covers, vinyl wraps, bumpers, leaf springs, shackles ..and the list goes on.

FYI...That's a bit of a stretch. Tires? Exhaust? Seat covers? Wrap? Lol. It's one thing like going with Clazzio's or Borla vs altering the frame structure itself at a critical location. Bolting on sliders isn't the same. Changing out shocks for a different ride? smh
I don't know of any insurance companies that refuse to cover a loss with the things you listed being done to a truck. None. My younger brothers both worked the insurance business. For years. Farmers and Mercury. I can guarantee that when inspecting a vehicle that had just been in an accident with serious leg injuries to the front passengers ....an altered frame at the cab mount area would be a huge red flag for them. Huge. My initial post was only to let the OP beware of any potential liability. That's all. Comparing the simple addition of seat covers is laughable....and reckless

most of the stuff I’ve changed on my rig like most people that offroad, make changes for strength and durability. Now you have my questioning if I’d be a fault if someone hit my front or rear offroad bumpers. I’m assuming it would cause a lot more damage to a stock vehicle

I just thought it's good for you to cover all the bases so to speak. The part of the frame/cab mount where the cab mount chop is done helps prevent the wheel from crushing the lower cab in the event of a severe hit. I think you are totally removing that cab mount frame brace and relocating the cab mount further back? I'm sure it's strong and durable but the frame brace to help prevent a wheel from possibly crushing the lower cab is gone???? The CMC only trims back the brace a bit and as you know has a chop plate welded back on or should be. Removing that brace is my concern for you. What do you think?
