Just installed the TRD front sway bar. The TRDPRO is a daily driver, not concerned about the off road sway.

    Big differences when driving:
    1. I know my sway bar is red now, just can't see it from the cab
    2. My dog didn't have any trouble standing while we were cruising. He's normally a furry ping pong ball in the back seat. My typical drive to work felt just about the same.

    Install:
    1. Couldn't have done it without a breaker bar.
    2. Didn't need any power tools.
    3. Didn't scratch the red paint, winning.

Nice work! How long did it take you to install?

I took the skid plate of yesterday, took about an hour, took an hour to swap the bars out. Dreading putting the skid plate back on. Can't work too long out here in yuma

    Love the commentary..

Just curious, what or which part, did you need the breaker bar for?

There were a couple bolts, particularly the ones on the original sway bar with a lot of torque.

Did not need a floor jack just a big piece of cardboard. Great info on this blog for a smooth install.

How is the ride quality? When I installed my rear sway bar the ride firmed up a bit as well as improved handling on pavement.

My fear is that adding the front sway bar will firm up the ride too much. One of the main reasons for purchasing the Pro was the ride quality.

    Thoughts?

I just did mine and love it. My ride was rougher after changing tires. It made a big difference as my ride is firmer and less vibration. It definitely took some elbow grease for some of the factory bolts.
