Coming from a 2nd gen to a 2020, I am new to the whole TSS system. I will be installing my Toytec Alumas and shackles in a few days. Will I have any issues or have to do anything with the TSS? Also, when I move my wheels over,, will I need to take it somewhere to have the sensors programmed? I have an older version of the Techstream software and cable but I have a Windows 10 laptop so I haven't used it in a few years. Thanks.

You may or may not have an issue with the TSS. Some have had issues as well as warranty issues because of the lift causing the issue. I went top setting on 5100 Billstein on front to level and my TSS system still functions perfect.

When I changed my SR5 wheels to PRO I just had the sensors moved over to the new wheels with no issues.

I wouldn't think a 3/2 lift would cause any issues but I'm new to the 3rd gen. The wheels are the wheel and tire package from my 2013.

Shouldn’t have any issues with the sensors. Going 3/2 keeps a little rake and that tends to keep the sensors happy.

You won’t be able to simply put the current wheels on the new truck without swapping sensors. The 20’ tpms sensor are model year specific. So your existing sensors will not work in the new truck. You’ll need to swap your oems into them.

I just went from an 11 to a 2020 and have the Aluma lift with 1.5” shackles on the way so I’ll find out with you. They said the coilovers are preset at 2.5” lift so I’ll probably leave them as is and see how it does with a 1” rake unless I can find 2” shackles or add a 1/2” block in the back I’ll jack them up to the 3”.
From everyone I’ve talked too there’s no rhyme or reason to the tss issues it’s just 50/50 if it happens or not on each truck.
