Hey guys and girls. I am in the market to level out my 2105 SR5 TRD Off-Road. I am looking at 3 options and would like to get some recommendations pros and cons. I am currently running 33's and will not be changing my tires and wheels and do not want to change my ride too much as this is my daily driver and I do some traveling. Add your photo ;) :hattip:

Welcome from Texas. Many different trains of thought here. Most will recommend not doing a spacer block especially if you go off road any. Lots of fans of the Bilstein 5100s, which should be an upgrade from your Bilstein 4600s (those are the shocks from the off road package). If you want to upgrade even more you can go to the Bilstein 6112s but unless you have added weight to your front (bumper, winch, additional lights) you probably don't need those. Good luck!

I would recommend against any spacer type lifts unless it is a pavement only truck. Even if that is the case, you will be happier with a lifted coil over. 5100s are used by many, I think the ride would be better with 6112s and then lift the rear via shackle.

There are other options too- Toytec sells several 2.5-3 inch lifts you can look at that are similar in cost. Old Man Emu is an option as well and sell solid, well made suspensions that will not break the bank.

Some great options out there, have fun!

Welcome from CA. My first kit was Bilstein 5100s in all for corners. IMO, the ride was better than with the stock yellow shocks that come with the TRD package. Set at the middle will give you ~1.57" of lift and you won't need to lift the rear. If you set them on the top setting the front could be slightly higher and you may need to add a shackle (or block) to the rear.

Thank you... when I was talking with the guy, he said with the bilstein my front would be 1/2 inch lower than the rear. I am thinking of going with this setup.

Having some rake isn't a bad thing. This still allows you to load the bed of the truck or tow some objects without being nose high.
Sounds like you are going with the 5100s, good choice and will be a nice improvement.

5100 top setting will level it perfectly...
