    TRD Sway bar. Deck Rails, Maxliner rear floor mat, Driver side grab handle. Dee Zee bed mat
    Disconnect both lines coming from the transmission. Put the hoses in a glass jar. Have someone just crank the engine but shut it off right away! The one not spraying fluid is the return line.

    Drive it for a while until it warms up. Then feel both lines, the hot one is the feed, the cold one is the return.

    You could also trace the hoses back to the thermostat on the transmission. The top straight barb is out. The bottom bent barb is in.

    My top one in the engine bay gets hot first, but they cross over each other a couple of times.

    The suggestion by @SuperWhite20 is the surest method. Observation by @timsp8 matches my best "guess" from Toyota parts drawings, but seems counter-intuitive to me.
