I have a TRD Sport with factory 20's that I plan on doing some 285/65r20's on. Is anyone here running this combo? If so any rubbing? Would love to see some photos!!

Had that size before my new tires and wheels, you'll need at least a level and take off the front mud spats and bend the skid plate out of the way to clear those with no rub.

Good needed info, I was told for my 2020 sport with 3” level 1” block in rear that only a 275/65/20 would fit...

Took the front splats off, bent the skid plate. Minor rub on the swaybar but not until full lock. So far so good. And still fits in the garage!

Boss Offroad level kit, 6112s at top setting (2 shims drivers side, 1 passenger side), 5100s on rear with 1.5 shackles. Stock UCAs. Bent skid plate to remove rub but still need to bend a little more or just trim it. Might have a little rub on the mudflap but a heat gun will cure it. Haven't had a chance to really dig into anything until this weekend.

I think this is an underrated tire size for these wheels, amazed I don’t see more setups like it.

I think the biggest issue if the $50 jump in price. I only lucked out finding a local place selling them to me at $340 each mounted and balanced. 275/65r20 were $290.

I think they both look good on that wheel, the 285 wins out slightly because that little bit of extra width is noticeable and the weight difference in the two sizes is only a few pounds I think.

I know this thread is old but wanted to ask are you running stock uca, any issues on clearance. Are you also using wheel spacers?
