Always went to Escondido Toyota but saw there is a dealer closer by in Carlsbad. Any reviews for that dealership? Good? Bad? Let's hear it.

I can only speak for the Used section. Sales people were nice and helpful. Worked with me when we got to the negotiating phase and I was able to talk them down to a (potential) great deal on a 1794. Didn't end up purchasing it because the previous owner was a smoker and I wasn't convinced I could get the smoke smell out. Took their offer on the 1794 and went down to Mossy and leveraged it against Mossy for a Platinum. Dealing with Mossy was a major pain compared to Carlsbad but they eventually matched it (same year and roughly same mileage trucks). If Mossy didn't match the offer I was planning on going back to Carlsbad to purchase the 1794.

Thanks, hoping for feedback on maintenance if anyone has had work done there. But good to know sales side too

For maintenance I make the drive over to Poway. Awesome customer service there

Agreed that customer service is good, but I've had issues with work done, including maintenance. I'm considering Escondido for their opinion on my cam tower leak.

I had a good experience with Mossy, but that shit was like 15 years ago, or something like that... They detailed my car for an oil change and valve cover gasket reseal....

So bad luck with poway? Escondido forgot to put an air filter in my truck ... Major duh, and busted a TPMS sensor. In the end they fixed it ... But made me leary after that. Had a whole thread on that one.
