It’s not a build, if it’s just a bunch of “mods”right?!

Finally added the last of the footwell lights..

 

Used a clamp from an old tonneau cover (happened to match my current clamps) and a piece of flat stock to bolt up an essential bottle opener.




On the bottom bolt I stuck a strong magnet to grab the caps as well.

 

Tinted the tow mirror lenses

 

Added this... from japan..

 

Added my @Swfltoyomafia 3D printed vent rings.

knocked down some of the texture and hit them with the same satin black paint all of my other painted trim pieces are coated in.

love the look (FYI, they look great upon arrival, just too glossy for my tastes) and the zero disassembly factor.

 

5100s middle setting

285/75s and 1” rear lift

 

OEM wheel locks..




And new 19mm color lug to fit each lock..

 

Custom colored center cap decals. Dark orange with a hint of brown. Matches very well.

 

Added a rear window decal.

 

Added an all black TRD shift knob (and of course, black vinyl wrapped the chrome shaft)

Not sure how I forgot that there were lights surrounding the vanity mirrors... but as soon as I realized, I ordered matching LEDs

 

Are you still on 5100s middle setting? Any rubbing or cutting?

 

I am. No rubbing. Only cutting was removing the “wings” off the skid plate.

 

Really enjoy your mods, especially all the LEDs! I utilize some myself but the ones under the hitch and behind the grill are the best. I just now need to figure out which wire in my 2010 CM to splice into. Great build!

unfortunately for the cargo wire on a 2010 I do not. But if you use the footwell lamp wire that is under the steering wheel the LEDs will fade on and off.

 

Yeah I knew that wire but I was hoping to get the grill, behind grill, and under tailgate to fade on and off also.

 

the grill, running boards and under rear bumper are all tied into the footwell circuit.

 

I feel lucky to have had my 1 Tundra.

 

Did you run an in-line fuse on each of those circuits or is the OEM fuse enough? I always get concerned tying into a circuit without one.

yes I did. Just a small one because they draw such little power.
