Hold the Line! If you are not holding the line, abandon your ship. Destruction is inevitable without more to hold the line!
It is no secret that the water pumps on the 5.7l love to shit the bed. I am on my third one at 200k miles. It has gone out again.

Any recommendations on the best water pump to replace it with? I used an OEM every time and it lasted just as long as the first one (60k Miles). I am wondering if there is an aftermarket that is better than the OEM.

I bought a new in box Aisin off Craigslist for $25 in case my 07's pump ever failed. The seller sold his Tundra and had no need for it. Still have it in case my 14's pump fails but so far so good. The gasket used is selfsealing. My 07's pump had a slow pink seep going on for almost 5 years until I traded it in. I'd have to add maybe an ounce of coolant every 4 months or so.

Yep, it's best to stick with OEM when it comes to water pump, starter, and alternator!

I would second the Aisin. I'm on my 2nd water pump, but mine bowed out at 25k and its still kicking at just under 200k..
