I already bought 35x12.5R18. What is the smallest lift I can use without rubbing?

3 inches. You need to pay specific attention to wheel offset- search here for more info. You will also probably be removing front, maybe back flaps and massage the fender liner a bit. Could need bumper spacers or BMC depending on wheel offset. All the info and details on doing that can be found by searching the suspension and wheel/tire forums here.

6 inches unless you want to start cutting some metal behind the front tires. (BMC) With a 6 inch lift I still had to melt some plastic in front of the tires with a heat gun.

Im running 35x12.5x20 Yokohama MTs with only a 3” spacer up front. Like frichco said, its all about offset. Ive got TSS wheels with 1.5” spacers which brings the offset to around +25. Had to remove all mudflaps, heat and mold the fenderwell and i also trimmed and rolled the outside bottom edge of the bumper ends about a 1/4”. It still rubs the BM a little at full lock in reverse but not enough to damage the inside knobs of the tire.4B2E91EB-A84F-4BFA-B2A9-0DFF44C721E9.jpgFA2BF105-0206-4FEB-AF77-7EE4C71F9AD1.jpg

3/1 with a CMC 35x12.50x20 clear no problem.

Thanks for the welcomes and the info.
I am getting Icon springs that should lift the front 2.5 inches which should level out the truck.
Do you think that will be enough to avoid rubbing with my 35x12.5R18's?

I have a 2 in leveling kit up front only and I don’t rub anymore. I have 35x12.50x18 Toyo open country RT. I had to take out the mud flap and move up the black plastic up just a little bit
