I have a long winding driveway that I reverse down and needed more light. I can believe how good the high power reverse lights are. I also put in interior (which is super cool), cargo, 3rd brake, and license plate lights. they are awesome too, but man those reverse lights are better than most peoples headlights.

I just don't understand how they plug into existing sockets with this 'pigtail' on them.
There isn't that much room in the housing.
Unless they are smaller than they look in the pics..

I'm not questioning the output, I'm wondering what they look like installed in the taillight..
I'd like to see a picture of the tail light with them installed.

    Thanks.....................

The connection point is on the little tail not the hard bulb on these so the wire just kind of hangs there, but there is already significant slack in the wire. The mounting point is the teal colored part on the bulb in the pictures. the heat sink (metal fan looking thingy) is mounted on the outside of the light housing to make sure and remove heat from the housing. The amount of wiring that hangs back there grows from probably 10 inches to 13 inches? not sure how to explain better that that. There's already wiring back there and after this there is a little more? I dont really want to take the housing off to get pictures of how it is mounted, but this youtube install video shows it pretty well. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-HihLxtEXIw

I’m wondering if this really is the case. Only real difference I see is the warranty. Amazon brand states 2 year manufacturers warranty, DieselLed 1 year. And on HR they basically just say the warranty is whatever the manufacturer says it is. I was kinda under the impression HR kinda had a hand in making or designing the bulbs they sell but the warranty info on the website seems maybe not.

    *Note on Headlight Revolution

This is only an opinion based on my personal experience.

I replaced every factory light on my 2013 XSP-X Tundra and my 2016 Limited.
My 2013 was totaled in a head on collision, so I didn’t get a long stint with their
    products.

On my 2016 I replaced every single light from interior to exterior.

While they want to make it appear that they design, do r&d and manufacture all of their products, they simply do not.
They rebrand like many other led vendors.
This is very common and isn’t really a big issue.
However, misleading the public to believe otherwise is bad business.

They sell some very bright and useful leds.
I’m am also a fan of their install videos.
Typically well done and easy to follow.

Their longevity and warranty can be questionable though.

I’ve had to replace nearly every bulb on my 2016.
Unfortunately, most with no warranty assistance.
On three different warranty claim attempts they stated that they had just
recently updated their computer and ordering system and could not locate my original orders.
This was three separate times over a year.
I’m not sure of many companies that change their entire computer system and don’t save or backup
    existing files.

Brake lights - very bright but would literally fall out of the plug and had one stay in the plug but the led array itself broke away and was just hanging there until I noticed it.

Headlights - Again, very bright. Luckily on the headlights, my first warranty claim was only after 80 days, so fortunately, they hadn’t “changed” computer systems.
Warranty replacement was still a bit of a headache and I had to wait 3 weeks because they were in between production of a new style.
The new style were again very bright. After about a month the passenger side started acting wonky.
I contacted Headlight revolution and they did not want to replace the new lights because they were originally replaced under warranty. Um.
After some troubleshooting I found that the light had a loose connection. Soldering gun to the rescue.
Now, after some time with the newer headlights, both the driver and passenger lights have basically lost 80% of low beam light and only the high beams are useful.
    No assistance from HR since.

Switchback turn signals - look cool, work fine, but do not work exactly as stated in their description.
They have since changed this description.

Interior, exterior and backup lamps - a number of these are similar bulbs so the easiest thing to do is order the combo pack. After a year I have replace every single one of these with bulbs from eBay at half the cost with 1/2 the hassle.

Backup lights - I have the 600 Lumen style. They were very bright at first but have slowly dimmed out
    over time.

HR offers great install videos and a somewhat easy way to search lights for a particular vehicle.
However, their longevity and warranty support falls to the wayside.

    Just a word of caution.

Any bulb I've bought from Headlight Revolution has failed.
Did they replace them? Sure, but why bother with the hassle.
Do I really need to keep a incandescent as a spare while waiting for HR to send me another bulb?

On the bulbs I bought from them, the contacts are very thin and fragile.
They break from vibrations of everyday driving.

I also found the cargo lights Diesel sells on amazon under a different name. Both sets appear to be very bright and are warranted through amazon. Can’t speak for the longevity or durability but if you’ve been on the fence about either of these items it appears you can save some money through amazon. I’m not hating or bashing on anyone’s brand, and I definitely wouldn’t hesitate to pay a premium for an superior product but would hate to pay as much as double the price just for a name. 5BE1A770-89B1-4F73-9E34-0E6DCF613471.jpg9A34EDE1-2077-40A6-B34E-B321E2C8475D.jpg

Did you install the cargo lights? There is another thread in here about cargo light LEDs interference with the keyless entry because of where the antenna/receiver is on the 2020’s.
Also has anyone had trouble with the reverse lights throwing lots of light but not necessarily being reflected backwards very well?
There’s a YouTube video where a guy complains that the led bulbs don’t work well in the reflective housing for the reverse lights, not sure if it’s just one guy’s opinion or a common complaint.

Yes I installed these cargo lights, and the sylvania zevo’s neither caused any interference on my 2020. I will say the reverse lights seem to throw a lot of light to the sides of the truck vs straight back. But their a huge difference over the factory. I originally had put the sylvania zevo’s in the reverse lights also, they looked much better than the stock lights as well.

i put the reverse and cargo lights in. no issues and was very pleased with both. Really happy with all of them. all the others on this thread look like good products too. I used the diesel led's for all the replacements and was super happy.

FYI- I tried the LASFIT 921 912 bulbs for my 2020 in the 3rd brake light/cargo light and my key fob had immediate interference, barely worked at all.
Are these the same ones that worked on your 2020 cargo light/3rd brake?

Also I used the Alla lighting reverse lights from Amazon and they are noticeably brighter but do throw a lot of light sideways. Is it better to adjust the bulb so the LEDs point up& down or side to side? Mine have a red line on one side, should that go up or down or does it make no difference?
These are definitely better than stock but I do wish I could find some that threw more light straight back instead of scattered.

An annoyed post, I bought lights for my Tundra from Dieselleds and they basically only lasted a year, despite the expense. What's really annoying is that Dieselleds didn't stand behind them.

Does anyone have a recommendation for bed lights? If I'm going to put on cheap junk I will, I just don't want to pay real money for it. Or change the lights every year
