There are a few makers of items that are in Canada. Knife maker XXX and leather maker Popov, both come to mind...and lots of Maple Syrup makers!

I don't get too hung up on where stuff is made, as long as it's quality. While I do like to see Made in USA, Canada, Germany (vinyl records), Japan (for electronics), I just want it well made and by a reputable company that stands behind their product after the sale.

Zebralight SC52 for when I'm running late when it's dark. EDC is a Titanium Innovations Illuminati (AAA - sadly discontinued) in my pocket at all times. Many others are scattered around the house and vehicles, but those 2 are the go-tos.

Surefire for my pocket and my guns. Daily carried my surefire backup for 3 years and still love it. Own inforce and stream light as well but surefire is the best if you stay on top of your batteries.

I choose Fenix. There are not many such high-quality and cheap flashlight brands, Fenix is one of them, usually only need 60 dollars to get a very good flashlight. I will bring it with me when camping and walking at night, except that the surface is somewhat worn, it can still be used well. J5 and GearLight are flashlights of small brands, the price is not high, but the quality is also very good.

The only flashlight I have in truck is grandpas old mag light that weighs about 5 lbs. I keep it next to the baseball bat.

I have a Milwaukee usb rechargeable flashlight that lives under my console lid. Very happy with it and it’s always charged.

I have ran the Streamlight ProTac 2L-X for 3 years now and use it daily. Has a High, Low and Strobe mode for different uses.
About 2 years ago I started running the SureFire 18650 rechargeable battery and love the setup.
I am on my second SureFire battery, as my first just quit after a year of use but even if I am replacing batteries every year it is cheaper than all the disposable batteries I was running through before going the rechargeable route.

Personally run SureFire exclusively on my weapons but love the Streamlight for a pocket light.

I've been running this light at work. I liked it so much I bought one for home. Glows in the dark, can change head angle, and the clip has a built in magnet that has been perfect for working on the Tundra.:)
Bought mine for 39.99. price per lumen is pretty good considering I routinely obliterate flashlights.
    It's held up so far....

Have Olight and Fenix, both with rechargeable batteries. Sadly can't interchange, Fenix doesn't like the "Nuon" batteries. So when one goes south from lack of charge the other is there. Both are in the door pocket of the Tundra where they live. Home is LED from Home Depot in D Cell, till I get to truck.
