Hi everyone. What's your best All Terrian Tire you all have out there. I looking for a quiet and smooth set. I have the Atturo Blazer XT now, I don't like them, they are too loud and noisy.
I have 3 different of tires I want get but don't know which to get. Help me choose and please describe the the performances of it. I had the Goodyear Duratrac before on my 01 Tundra, they were very good on Rain and dry land but don't know how was it when it wears down. a little moisy but not worst like the Atturo Blazer XT I have now. Thanks everyone.

I have these tires in mind want to get but wanna know your thoughts of it.

There are a lot of tire recommendation threads on here. That being said, the Toyo, Nitto and Falken’s seem to be favorites.

I just put on the Toyo so I have no long term review but they ride great. No vibrations. They took very little weight to balance. They also have a great warranty.
I came from the KO2 and I can’t recommend them.

I have the Cooper discoverer AT3 XLT now, it's a great tire and quiet. My bro has the General grabber on his Land cruiser, good tire, no complaints. I haven't tried the new Toyo AT3 but I had Toyo AT2 before, also good tire. I have the Toyo RT on my Sequoia now, also good tire but little more noisy compared to AT2. I always had good luck with Toyo so I would not hesitate to try the AT3.

I have Toyo AT2 and BFG K02 on another vehicle. the AT2 ride better but the K02 perform better in snow/sand.

I strongly recommend the Nitto ridge grappler. I know they're pricey but for what you mentioned. They are very quiet and smooth and have been a great experience for me.

All three options are very popular. The Cooper has the highest tread warranty and is the lightest.

Yeah I've had those 'aggressive' duractracs, noise, noise, noise and it starts at 35mph and never quits!

Ok, so you want off-road capabilities, decent side snipes to bite into mud, gravel, sand and such? But you also want them to be as quite as a well mannered road tire not to mention high speed?

I have the answer on 3 vehicles now. Michelin LTX AT2. Not cheap yet not expensive either. Can last 70-80k with rotations.

Don't let a kid out smart you.
I would recommend the Falken AT3W's especially if you live somewhere that is wet and or snowy. I have had them for ~8k mi now and I love them. Great dry performance, really good wet performance and I was surprised by how well they do off road. They ran me $140 each in 265/70r16's, even though they are 116T SL load range the side walls aren't like jello and I feel safe ripping my 05 on the tight mountain roads where I live, even in the wet. Another great thing about them is they really don't make that much road noise. 11/10 would recommend. I will definitely be buying another set down the road

I have had nothing but the KO2s on the Tundra. On the GX, I have had the Coopers for a couple weeks and now the Toyos. I'm not sure what I am going to put on the Tundra next. I do think the KO2s are better in clay mud than the Toyos IMHO.
Here is the redneck foot in AWD (4H) vs Crawl Control in 4L (Center diff open) on the Toyo AT3s. Once the Louisiana clay fills the tread, they are just slicks.

Just received a set of Grabber ATX cause they were the best priced. I'm a Cooper/Toyo guy but sometimes price is king. Grabbers have good reviews across the board but they don't seem to be anyone's favorite so there may be some bias or perhaps they're just slightly below the Top 5, but by no means a cheap tire so if the price is right....

I have a set of ATX's on a work truck. Great tire similar to the ko'2 minus the need to use massive amounts of weight to balance them and still have vibration out of them. They are smooth and fairly quiet, and do awesome in snow. My work truck has a 6 horse gooseneck on it 90% of the time and the tires did only last about 33k miles with regular rotations. But on a half ton that doesn't tow very much they will last as long as Michelin and their sister brands.

I currently have the regular Cooper AT3’s (before the XLTs). At 50k and they are still reasonably smooth and quiet with lots of tread left. They do flat spot after sitting a couple days but that goes away quickly.

I’ve owned Toyo AT’s before. Easily got 60k out of them with no complaints. Coopers might be better in the rain and snow but it could just be the difference in trucks they were on. Went with Coopers this time due to the huge price difference, especially with the Black Friday Discount Tire sale.

Just got Toyo at3's installed yesterday so we'll have to see, had ridge grapplers prior to these. I wasn't to impressed with them in snow and rain conditions especially when they got about half worn. They also got kinda loud around the same time.

I have the General Grabber ATX n my work vehicle. I really like them. I’ll be putting Falkken Wild Peak AT3W on my Tundra this fall. They get rave reviews on all of the off road and overlanding forums.

    10k miles on my 37's.
Minimal wear, quite and great in all conditions in my area.
    Value priced as well.

Any good locations to shop for them? I just called around and they are going for $240 or so. That seem reasonable?

I have about 400 miles on my Toyo Open Country AT3s. I cannot compare to anything since I'm coming from the stock Michelin tires. The Toyo's look more aggressive than I though they would and, so far, they seem quiet and have performed well. No rain or snow yet so I cannot comment on those conditions. Discount Tire had them going for $265 per tire and they priced matched Walmart's $230 per tire (275/70/18).

I put the Falkens on a few weeks ago and have about 2500 on them now and I really like them.
Went through Sally hitting S.Florida the last few days and they are really well planted in heavy rain, heavier than I can see well in for sure!
They are also crazy smooth and quiet for as aggressive as they look.
I am thrilled that I got rid of the KO2 before taking the trip!
