Is it a stain or water damage? Have you tried something like saddle soap or any of the other leather cleaners out there?

Lose the leather seats IMHO. Actually saddle soap is the best. Fiebings saddle soap. Believe me. I was raised on a ranch in Oregon. Had expensive saddles. http://www.fiebing.com/

You can use a clean white microfiber towel and use hair spray or brake clean, dont rub it blot it lightly till the stain goes away, then use some leather protectant.

"Brake clean/hair spray" or very good leather saddle soap on very expensive leather. Hmm..........Let me think.................. Nah...

Bringing this one back to the top......

Had my windows rolled down and a bird pooped on the grey leather window sill / arm rest.

The sh!t stain is about the size of your pinky nail, but its right on top of the door panel in clear view.

I tried everything to remove it....... water, isopropyl alcohol, hydrogen peroxide, a black marker remover, 2 different carpet cleaners, even gasoline.
Even scrubbed it with a tooth brush with the different cleaners....but didn't want to get too crazy and damage the leather.
    No luck.
Its lighter,,,, but still very noticeable.

I'd buy that saddle soap posted above , if i knew for sure it would remove the stain.

What other home products or off the shelf cleaners could I try...?

I’m not a detailer, but been installing leather seats for 25 years.
If you can catch a stain really quick after it happens then isopropyl alcohol, dabbed very carefully, will take care of even ink marks. Once the stain sets in the pores of the leather you’re pretty much done. The stain acts like a dye and is set and can’t be removed. You can lighten it but will need to redye the area to match your existing color.

You can use baking soda and toothpaste. Baking soda is a known all-around cleaner. It’s a tool I use to lift the permanent marker ink’s grip off the leather. I use toothpaste to form a paste. Apply the paste directly to the stains on the leather.
