This is on my 15 Tundra
I'm not sure if this will carry over to the 07-13 , but here it goes

I currently am running Rock Warrior with 35's and they clear everything with stock suspension. I had to bend in the skid plate a bit and when I had the factory front bumper.I needed to pull the inner front plastic.
The body mount cleared but it was close. No rubbing, but I knew I would be running 1.25 wheel spacers and for sure it was going to rub

Here are some pics as it was.
First pic is the only reason I was able to do this project when its north of 110 Degrees :)

As you can see, its close . This is the passenger side

Wheel off body mount before surgery

After surgery . I trimmed back the pinch seam and corner cut the plastic. My Fender Flares are out for paint along with the door handles, and the wheel spacers are on order.
After I am sure everything clears, I will weld a plate , form it to the body mount grind it and paint it . It looks like it will clear, but its better to leave it open until The trial fit next week

Wheel on after surgery Lots more room :)

I'll take a shot of it after I finish it.
Probably about 1 hour to do the entire project

You sir are a much bigger man than me. I couldn't even imagine doing that to my 15. Good job!

Are you going to weld plates back on or spray paint the bare metal? I've got mine chopped and spray painted temporarily, but I bought some pre bent and cut plates I'll be welding back on. Bought them from relentless fabrication on this forum.

I'll add this to the DIY/Mod thread. Add the welding of plates when you get that complete.

I didn't realize you could buy prebent plates. Probably different cut than I did anyway. I actually did a BMC of an FJ Cruiser right before I did the Tundra. I had lots of practice doing those, so I really won't struggle making plates for it either. Nice to know someone is making them though

25 bucks, not sure if the added strength is needed, but I'm going to weld them in for a completed look anyway. Yeah it's pretty cool you can get them.

Could anyone give me the rough dimensions of the plates? I'm going to order some stock and cut them out myself.

No one would ever know unless they knew what they're looking at if its done correctly! I like to add dimples to my filler plates when I do BMC's for folks

One thing I would add to make cutting and welding easier and cleaner is to remove the nuts off all of the body mounts and jack up the cab and remove the bushing at this location. It also saves from melting the bushing when welding. You will also. Eed to loosen the ABS wires at the front suspension or you will risk stretching them.
