Someone plop this in the best spot. Apparently there are more or less zerks depending on year and 2 or 4wd. Gets even more confusing if ya go to another forum for info lol.

Yes. Good that you point that out I just assumed after I'm looking at the drive shaft that there's a zerk there but they don't give it a number in the the FSM.

Man! That wasn't near as difficult as I read about. The only pita was this in first picture. The front on double cardan. Shitty angle. Just kept pressure on nozzle end and pumped. My only question is do we pump til new grease comes out? Or just grease at all?
There are 8 on my 06 counting the front for 4wd.

This is the thread y'all want for 4WD trucks: https://www.tundras.com/threads/grease-your-drive-shaft-you-lazy-sods.55067/

For brevity, the 1st and 4th reply of this thread give all you need: https://www.tundras.com/threads/black-hole-zerk-wtf.93630/

For grease, if you have no custom suspension, Valvoline 985 is compatible. If you have SPC upper control arms or plan to in the future, Valvoline Palladium #2 is the one.
