I've owned the bumper for 2 years now.

If you get a ADD Stealth Fighter bumper for your 2014-2020 Tundra, be prepared to use one of the 3 winches listed on the website as fitting the bumper...and they mean it...THOSE 3...forever.

I got the Smittybilt X20 gen2 winch (listed on the site) and the wireless is terrible so 4WP was going to allow me to upgrade the winch. So I went with the X20 gen3 and it will not fit...transcooler lines are in the way. Tried WARN ZEON Platinum, will not fit (kinda thought it wouldn't, but we checked anyway).

The bumper is not really designed to have a winch that you have to access a lot...no access ports and no easy access under the bumper. If you need to plug in the controller, you have to crawl under the truck. If you need to free-spool and undo the clutch, you have to crawl under the truck. Imagine being up to your bumper in snow, water or mud...then having to do one of those two things. When I say you have to get under the truck, you have to be a contortionist with long arms...fortunately, I have a little bit of both so I've been able to do both, but it wasn't easy by any stretch of the imagination.

SO if you ever have a failure and the winch you chose isn't available, you'll be changing bumpers or not using a winch.

Don't get me wrong, the bumper looks great and functionally adds a lot of clearance in the front, but not really for someone that's going to use their winch a lot. Not really something I thought about when getting the winch, loved the low profile and looks, but I guess this is the price I pay after the price I paid.

This is more of a public service announcement than a complaint, even though I've complained. It was my choice to purchase the bumper and it's been a good bumper, lots of compliments, but I should have thought further down the road I don't have the money to be switching out bumpers every time I find something I don't like about them.

So please, Addictive Desert Designs, come up with another winch that will fit that bumper or a way to make it easier to access. I really want to love this bumper...and I have loved it...but the longer I own it, the harder it's becoming to stay in love.

My concern with this bumper is that you can't add fog lights in the corners.. made for a fancy 10" bar that will light up the corner of the ditch or blind others.. trying to get a fabricator to mod me a new plate that could hold some sort of fog lights
