I'd love to get a crewmax, but alas my skis don't fit in short bed trucks haha

I see you are from Breck! I was just wondering what to do about my skis.. the land cruiser will probably end up being the mountain rig. We are usually up at Peak 8 every Thursday and Friday in the early season before it gets crazy!

oh nice!! Yeah I usually take the wife's forester in the winter for the most part, also got a double cab with eventually getting a snowmobile/sled deck in mind hah

I manage (and soon to own) a ski shop up here called "Slope Style". Swing by sometime, my name is Nyles. Happy to offer a tundra forum local discount on gear! haha

I honestly haven't given it much thought, more of a pipe dream for down the road, but yes. Don't even own a sled currently haha

Ah ok, I get nervous when I hear people talking about putting 2 sleds on a tundra.

I have a buddy with a 2016 TRD Pro who does it and haven't heard of him speak of any issues. I can't remember if he did anything to the suspension or anything though.

Just because it doesn't catch fire and explode doesn't mean it's not overloaded. I don't know what snowmobiles weigh, but a couple good size 4 wheelers would easily top the payload on a Tundra. That would be the reason @Warreng would be nervous.

How about a bed cap with a rack? I may go this route or a soft topper down the line if I am still hurting for space. Some people hate the look but I think if your truck is badass, a truck cap doesn't take away from it.

nice! I also help out with ski demo events and sometimes need to put 10-20 pairs of skis in the bed with some skis going up to 195cm so they can't be in there diagonally.
