Hey, so I wanted to check the manufacture date of my tires..... And it's not there?!?

According to the internet, it should be in one of these ovals, clockwise of DOT. But the one that should have the 4 digit date code is blank on all 4 tires.

That's where it should be printed. Check the backside of the tire. Sometimes it's only on one side.

False alarm, it's on the other sidewall. Not sure why they had to do it like this, I guess just to hide the info so we will all be more susceptible to buying old tires?
