@Roman I'm brand new here - and I just picked up my 2014 SR5 Tundra (I love great pre-owned deals) tonight - but I also placed my order. Thanks for all of the awesome stuff that you do for this group, it's really helpful and appreciated. I'll definitely be back for more soon.

It's a nice place to pass through - and I enjoy trail running up in the Delaware Water Gap - but I don't blame you. Hopefully, you're off to someplace more enjoyable.

    Looks great!

Lol ... Yeah, I see it and I like it ... Now looking into maybe trying the vinyl route. I think I'll leave the middle black though.

Anybody ever seen the pro insert in the chrome surround? I have access to a local Pro insert and thought to be different I would put it in my SR5 chrome surround.

How easy/difficult is it to install the TRD grille? I'm fairly tool savvy but dont want to break or screw anything up. I've had many trucks but never anything i attempted to build. This truck is a different story. Like i said, i don't want to screw anything up so are there special tools? How long would it take a first timer?

It's not that difficult. Here's a link that you can follow ...

    https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=K9qCc4rLLh0

The hardest part is if you need to remove the insert from the trim. Since your Tundra is white you shouldn't have to worry about that as long as you order your pro grill in white. First time should take no longer than 15-20 mins.

Thanks Scott! One of my favorite mods ... Love when the sun is about to set so I can drive with the Panamera shrouds lit up. Unfortunately once the headlights come on they drown out the shrouds.

My Pro grill arrived via FedEx overnight shipping from Sparks Toyota yesterday to my door ($260.89) shipped. Very well packed, no damage, in perfect condition. Quick straight forward install on my S/S "Pro Platinum"...Haha. S/S color matched mirror caps and door handles will be ordered very soon. Thanks Mica!!

My first order of a TRD Pro grill arrived damaged from Roman, thanks to UPS. I requested an RMA, shipped it back for a refund. I eventually decided to try and reorder again only this time from Mica at Sparks Toyota. Sparks happen to have one so I scooped it up and it arrived Fedex next day by 3pm perfect. It appears the less time these large fragile grills and surrounds spend in the hands of UPS and Fedex the better. I would absolutely do business with Roman or Mica again! FWIW..

Hey guys...Brand new to the forum. My father just picked up his 2016 Tundra Platinum 1794 Edition a couple days ago and I'm in the process of ordering my 2017 Platinum. Quick question about the Pro grill. When I'm building my truck on Toyota.ca (yes, I'm in Canada), I have the option to add the TRD upper and lower front grille...but there is no picture of what it is. I just want to confirm that it is, indeed, the PRO grill with Toyota across the middle. Also, with the Platinum...do I need both the upper and lower (as they are sold separately)?
Thanks in advance for any help. I can't wait to explore these forums more! Some beauty machines you guys have!!!

I'm not in Canada, so can't say for 100% that the TRD upper/lower you speak of are the Pro Grill. As for your other question ... You already have a MGM Platinum so your hood bulge is already color matched so you should only need the MGM lower. (so yes, they can be purchased separately)
