That's actually not a bad looking truck. Do they make it in a men's model? :D

And that's probably useful for the breadth of places you're parking yours! :D

When I bought my DC, I had to shorten the shelves at the front of my garage by about a foot to get in comfortably where before my AC fit.

Before everyone tries to sign me up for sensitivity training before getting me fired just know that I am joking around and having fun here. I still love you and your DC. I only picked on those that could handle it here.

The others that lack a sense of humor and have sensitivity problems I held back the ribbings. :D

    Great thread. :boink:

Volume, mode and what not for the radio on the steering wheel. So you don’t have to reach for the radio

got a photo of the steering wheel you have? if you have the one i have you need to get an airbag + the switches. i got all mine used from a sequoia originally. the current setup is from a 4th gen 4runner. you will also need the clock spring for it. (unless yours is already wired for it) then you'll need to get the connector for the radio and run 3 wires to it from the clock spring. its not a super hard thing to do but its involved.

Ok now. The AC is better than the double cab.

but remember, Ron Swanson drives a regular cab tundra.

I have an access cab, enjoy it now, but when my daughter was younger and rode with my wife and I in the back, it was a pain to get her in and out and then she outgrew the space.

Don't let a kid out smart you.
I Love my AC. It has VVTI which is a blessing and a curse but I dont have friends so it works great when I HAVE to take other people places. Plus you cant got wrong with the 6 1/2' bed. It the same length as a new DC Taco give or take a few inches.

I've had an AC and 2 DCs. I prefer the AC for actual driving, but for practical use the DC wins. Also, I never got lucky in the back of my AC, so there is that...

Yeah, it wasn't that enjoyable back there but we have a rule we christen every vehicle we own.

Now, who wants to buy my used backseat?

I have an AC that I bought from the next orig. owner . . .it's a V6 2wd I bought w/ 60K miles. It's been an awesome truck. I just pulled my small boat on a 600 mile round trip with it and averaged just over 16 mpg . . . not bad considering it now has 175K miles on it. My friend just offered to sell me his DC with only 58K orig. miles on it . . . he's the orig. owner and has always kept it garaged, and rarely used it because he has a company car. I think I'm gonna jump on it. The turning radius on the DC sucks, and I'll miss the fuel mileage . . . but I'll like having a couple more cylinders, lower miles, and a legitimate back-seat for 'expression-sessions'! :D
