Yeah I got a Lomax hardcover tri-fold. See above post #258.
I like it, it’s nice and I see Lomax just came out with a new model on 6/1 that folds up.

Anyone pull the trigger on the new Lomax Stance model that just came out a few days ago? I’m now wishing I waited for this instead of the lomax I bought in January. I wonder what I could get for a lomax that’s 4 months old...

    https://www.agricover.com/lomax-stance-hard-cover/
They also look like they added matte black finish for the adarac racks that go with the lomax and access covers... very tempting.

I'm a little late to the game here, but I went with an UnderCover Tonneau cover by Truck Hero. So far I love it. Included a light. I was not thrilled with the size of the light, until I used it one evening and then I was impressed. Brighter than I expected. I am still going to get a lighting solution to light up the entire bed if anyone has suggestions on that.

    TruXedo Pro X15 questions. I have a 19 crew w/a Line-X b/liner.
Question no.1: How does the bulkhead weatherstrip work with a spay in b/liner?
Question no.2: Does the bedrail system need to be relocated (lowered) and does the tonneau mounting hardware/rail interfere with the adjustable securing (cleats)?

    Thanks...

@jlarkin1918 can you open the cover without opening the tailgate? It didn't look like it from the online videos. Thanks.

No you need to open the tailgate to open the cover (unless you’re a thief with a crowbar).
It’s pretty secure, and convenient if you add on the Oem power locking tailgate kit.
Like almost all covers, if someone wants to get in bad enough they will figure out a way to break in.

I have the factory rail system and wanted to still use the factory tie downs. Well you can with one slight modification and limited use. First remove the black round turn knob from each tie down. Then replace it with a wing nut. That’s small enough it doesn’t get in the way of the cover support system. Then you slide in a support bracket, then tie down, support bracket, tie down, then last support bracket. The limited use is you can only slide them a little. But that better than non at all. AND I didn’t have to lower my rail system!!!

@Okrunman can you post a picture of how the undercover mounts to the rails?

i have rails now, i used to have an undercover years ago and it constantly slid off the clamps. Im curious if it is more solid with the rails

I’m glad it looks better to you, maybe mine won’t slide off after all !! I’m just glad I can use the tie down without having to move the rails like some other covers have you do.

And if anyone’s interested, I drove home from work in 70mph winds, clamps held, if it ain’t coming off during that storm it ain’t coming off.

I had this same cover on my Tacoma. It held up well, decided to get another one for the Tundra. It is a Truxedo.

Enjoyed reading this thread. I am considering purchasing either the Undercover Ultra Flex or the BakFlip MX4. Struggling with concerns over my bed track system (leave it or lower it). My local truck accessory dealer said the manufacturer with double the warranty if they install for a total of 10 years but that comes with the $75 labor cost. Both covers appear easy to install.

There is a guy on here who has pictures of how the flex cover uses the existing rails to mount. Super solid

Decided to go with the Undercover Armor Flex using the factory track system. Did my own install. Got a great deal from Auto Anything.

Anyone have experience with the Trifecta 2.0? I’m looking for something that allows me to use my rails and cleats and can be removed easily when needed. The Trifecta seems to do this.

I haven't seen many talk about it but I have the Deuce2 from Truxedo. It works really well with Truxedo's TonneauMate toolbox since the front of the tonneau cover opens toward the back to allow quick access to the bed. I created a quick video that shows both products working together. I'm happy to answer any questions about the set up.
