Our road safety laws are pretty loose. We are not required to have airbags, just the seat belts are required and it's only for the driver and the person besides him

That's a crazy amount of fab and body work. So how's the 4wd troubleshooting going?

Hey there, so this is how the ⁴wd works. If I press the 4wd hi the transfer case engages the 4wd but the add unit on the front diff does not engage. I then cycle the key to off then on and then the add engages. The 4hi light still flashes. If I press the 4lo button it engages and the light becomes solid. Now I can get the 4hi light solid.

Third gen tail lights, Tacoma headlights, side exhaust, paint job by Basscat or Skeeter. One badass build. Curious about the pics of the transfer case. Factory doesn't have the rear output, so this is a modified factory one correct? Is it luck that the rotation was correct for the rear drive shaft, or did the gears have to be reversed for that axle? Doesn't appear to be flipped. Factory X-fer case for reference below. System is finicky, all the sensors must give appropriate feedback in order for the actuator to engage. Also if the actuator was removed as mentioned before, double check that it was reinstalled correctly.

I'm thoroughly confused by that bottom pic. That's from the middle looking forward. Yet there's 2 prop shafts heading back from the transfer case.
