Looking for a little help. I live in the Mid Atlantic. I put about 15K mi. on my truck per year. Roughly how long should I expect my stock exhaust to survive? I want to upgrade to dual exhaust. Not any louder. Just wondering if I should wait til this one falls apart or go ahead and pull the trigger. I don't want to wait 10 to 12yrs. Thanks in advance for the help.

To many external factors to consider. At minimum with abuse (harsh winters, rock crawling, etc) I bet you'll exceed 10 years. People buy Toyotas for longevity. Get the exhaust you want.

Toyota stock exhaust lasts a long time, I would expect 10 or more years easy. My 2006 4runner has just under 170k miles and the stock exhaust fine, so close to 15 years and 200k miles- exhaust is still in good shape.
