1st Gen Alarm No key fob

Reconnected battery and alarm goes off, wont start no key fob

    Excited to be on the forum and desparately need help. Just changed the valve covers on my 06 1st gen, reconnected the battery when I finished and the alarm/horn is howling and the truck won't start. (no key fob)... HELP!!!
