As far as window tint, I've used Sun Tint for many years, but when I was at the Xpel shop having Paint Protection Film applied, they showed me their tint and I ended up having them tint all of the windows and sunroof (yes, even the windshield). It's much cooler in the truck now and they did a great job. I watched them tint some pretty high end cars including a Tesla...very impressed.

Thanks. They look to have the same clientele as Xpel. They were doing PPF on a Lamborghini, his and hers Porches, a Mcclaren, an Alpha and 2 Teslas while I was there. And window tint on some of them. Both Suntint and Xpel have lifetime warranties and stand behind their work too. I'm having Suntint fix the back window on my '04 GTO after 12 years at no charge. Glad to know we have a few really good choices.

Quite a few DFW folks on this thread! These guys usually have monthly meets in the area: I realize it's a Facebook page, but they're very active, and it's a great way to check out other local Tundras and their mods. Last meet was yesterday at Toyota of Lewisville where they gave out raffle prizes, free burgers and hot dogs, and a bounce house for the kids.

For Austin area tinting, I've used Custom Sounds on Burnett. Have had several cars done by them and there film comes with a nationwide lifetime warranty.

Looks good! I wish my front windows were a tad bit darker. Mine is done with 3M window tint.

    Tundras to Sedona
    Hey Texas Tundras!

Thought I'd drop a link into the nearby regions since we have folks join us from all over the western half of the US. Come on out in April for Tundras to Sedona!

Every year we give a prize to the truck that drove the furthest - the past two years its' been someone from Texas. First year he took home a Coleman Xtreme cooler and last year a pair of ARB camp chairs. But besides free stuff, the trip is just awesome!
