Hey guys. Does anyone have the rough county cat back exhaust on their 3rd gen Tundras? Pro/cons likes/dislikes?

most here recommend dirtydeeds exhaust. number 2 is probably the stock TRD duals. Anything else will not offer the same performance and will drone

Never heard of it. Like said above, most recommend dirtydeeds or TRD which is what I have on mine.

My buddy's brother has that exact Rough Country exhaust on his Tundra. Comparable to magnaflow in terms of sound imo.

I have no clue on power but do know you can't beat proven results. DD even has a sale going on in that price range just sayin

That price seems too cheap to be quality. Buy once cry once. Dirty deeds is simply the best. If you really want dual tailpipes get his trd replacement series and have an exhaust shop make some tails

I just ordered a carven exhaust, the bark sounds amazing...buddy has one and no drone imo gained mpg and feels more snappier, can’t wait to get mine...oh and I ain’t gotta wait a month to receive it! I asked DD is they had first responder discount and was told yes but not when there product was on sale for more than the FR discount...Carven on the other hand was on sale and they dumped extra $75 off the sale price...free shipping and only 5 days out! Says a lot about Carven and they responded back to me within 2 hrs!!!

Would also be curious to know if anyone has experience with the RC catback.

(I'm sure dirty deeds is great, but there are already 8 million threads to read about those;))

Dirty deeds exhaust or bust my man. Keith knows his stuff and engineered the exhaust for the Tundra specifically.....do your self a favor and upgrade don't get something you'll end up replacing.

Dirtydeeds. Don't do what I did. I spent over 1400.00 to bot like either the Gibson or Magnaflow. Then I found Dirtydeeds and could not be happier

I had the MBRP on my 2016 tundra and it preformed well.
I traded that in for my 2020 limited Tundra and I installed the Rough country exhuast. it sounds very throaty like a mustang..
I love it.. FYI the clamps they offer do not hold well so i had it tig welded. also the tips are great quality but the clamp mechanism is so cheap. have them welded on..for $ 499 its a great system sounds awesome. with little tweaking can't go wrong.

So just get better clamps and good to go? Any major drone issues? Thanks!

I've actually searched for feedback from other trucks as well... Still sparse. Not sure if that means something.

Well it runs much better with welded joints. No no drone. You can eliminate harmonic matching of engine and exhust sound waves ( drone ) with 1/4” thick exhaust wrap around Muffler(s) which will eliminate the harmonic blending.
