I have the double cab with 6.5 foot bed so I think my wheel base is a 140 inches. My single cab taco is 103, apples to oranges i know but how capable are these rigs off roading? I know they're slightly smaller than the 3rd gen but still seem big so are they meant just for overlanding/fire trails? Not looking to do rock crawling but I like to go out and have fun on some moderate stuff (hills etc).

You may get a bunch of ‘nays’ on here, but several on here overland and rock crawl in 2nd and 3rd gens, so you should be able to do anything in that 1st gen. My 1st gen is an access cab, but no limitations yet except mine as the driver.

I've told this guy to join this forum but he doesn't seem interested. He sold this truck but got another recently.

One of my favorites, I think after he sold this truck it got totalled. If anybody knows thats wrong please tell me. Only problem with it is that damn color.
