Bullydog trouble

So i have a 2010 tundra 5.7 flex fuel platinum and i bought a BD tuner. I downloaded everything it told me to i entered the SD card to the computer and when I go to plug the tuner into my truck a code 011 is popping up. NO TOYOTA vehicle is working on the tuner

Sorry to hear the trouble. Do you have the gtx? I have the basic BD, i remember it took a long time to update the unit before i could hook to truck

Seen a few instances of these and had one myself out the box new. I even deleted/re-loaded all files with no luck like suggested online. They can remote access your micro SD card and load the correct files in less than 5mins. Hard part is holding for someone on live chat.

 

I just did mine and ran into the same issues. Your'e gonna have to let BD remote in or email you the correct files. Once i had that, everything was a breeze.
However, now a month later and my BD won't get past the splash screen and just freezes there, so back to contacting BD

Edit: Just realized you have a 2010, might be related then. The default files are bugged which is why they had to send me new files. Possibly the same for all years?
