It looks like in Canada the TRD Pros come with sonar, BSM, heated seats, and power rear window. Why don't we get this? I don't even have the option to add heated seats... do I?

No option to add it on a Pro in America. Canada also gets a sunroof on the crewmax.

2016 Toyota Tundra TRD Pro CM MGM.

I seriously considered trading my 2016 Limited TRD OR CM for a 2017 TRD Pro CM earlier this month but couldn't bring myself to make the deal because of all the options I would lose from the Limited (i.e. heated leather seats, dual climate control, sunroof, BSM, front/rear parking sensors, etc.). I love the look of the Pro and by no means am I knocking it, but I was really disappointed with the lack of options offered with it. I asked about ordering a Pro with more options and was told it wasn't possible. I realize many Pro owners wouldn't want a lot of these features, but I'm sure many would.

I just want heated seats... The $4000 Subaru that I bought when I was 16 had heated seats it's only right that a $50k Tundra should have them. If only it were easier to buy a truck in Canada and bring it back.

If I new how to buy one in Canada I probably would. Seems like a huge hassle and not sure how warranty would work. I love all the options that are available Eh

It does have the power rear window. And heated seats would be nice since it is leather.

This is the one draw back of the Pro. Love everything else but wish I could have gotten some of the extra features like dual climate and heated seats. Then again I live in Southern CA and can go without, but on a brand new truck there should be some options to add these.

Edit - just watched and there is no dual climate, but heated seats and parking sensors would be nice!

I know that adding aftermarket leather covers is fairly common and so is adding heating elements along with them. What I'm not familiar with is adding heating elements to factory leather seats.

Oh you already have leather. Never heard of anyone adding just heat but I would assume upholstery places could do that pretty easily.

Just ordered a Limited in order to get the heated seats. I would have been plenty happy with the SR5 but you can't get heated seats. I live in a cold climate and it's really nice in the winter. It really is strange that all models don't have the option for heated seats on a car/truck that costs $40K plus.

I'm jealous. My incoming TRD Pro doesn't have them. I tried to get them on the wife's 2016 SR5 4runner and it was a no go. Have to add aftermarket.

Ya I dunno why they would send the sr5 and pro to Canada with heated seats and not the states. Can't you order it with heated seat when ordering a truck? Like don't all the tundras come from the same place. Or maybe I'm wrong eh?

The TRD Pro Canadian model is built on the limited trim where as the US model is built on the SR5 trim. I still think that the heated seats should be an add on option on all the Tundras. Even just SR5 and up would be great. But you are right. Last I check all Tundras are built in Texas.

Love the creature comforts/list of options on my Platinum, I don't see me ever buying a Tundra with less options. That said heated seats are pretty easy to have added after market. For the price of Tundras they should be included.

Wow, that was not even an option for me. I talked to several different deelers and they all said heated seat only come with the Limiteds. Did you do yours aftermarket or did it come from the factory?

Came factory. I didn't even know it had it until I drove it home and started looking down on my USB/AUX, and right beside it is the heated seat. I was like swwwweeeeetttt!!! Cause I don't even have leather seats.
