    Removed lots of rust.
I am working on a new to me 2003 Regular Cab that has lived a neglected life in the Northeast and is in need of a lot of rust removal and work. So I have had to remove many brackets and wires to get to the rust to clean it up. With the help of a new to me HF Oxy Acetylene torch, I have been somewhat successful at removing most of the fasteners and drilling out the rest.

I want to know if anyone has found a solution the the plastic clips that hold the wire looms to the frame. All the ones I remove break and I do not see a part number for them from Toyota. They are taped to the wire loom. Some I can use plastic tie wraps, but others I can not. You can see a picture of a broken clip. The wire is taped to the flat section. the other half of the clip is the same as the existing wing.

Also has anyone found another source, other than Toyota, for the many small screws that I want to replace. I would like to get the similar to Toyota, Yellow Zinc Metric Thread cutting Type F or Type T bolts in bags of around 25 each.

Not sure where you are but I would try Auto Body Supply Houses as they seem to have to be able to supply this stuff a lot.
Here is a bigger one that I use that has a huge variety of stuff.

I too am in the middle of a rather in depth rebuild and rust repair project, and found that those plastic clips were next to impossible to remove without breaking Some of them. So, I ended up using cable ties instead of replacing the broken ones. Not the best solution, but it works.
Post some pictures when you can and welcome aboard!

Do you see the clip anywhere in this assortment? 82711-35360 maybe?

82711-3A54D is the harness clip. It gets attached to the harness and then just pushes into a hole in the frame.

Checking my link above, and look middle-row, 2nd down, I think @N84434 is right.

But you know better than we do, you removed more than we.

No, OP is correct. The 20050 has 2 legs and one of them is attached to the harness. Cable ties are just easier.

Are you using these? You can run a self tapper in with them. May not be acceptable in the NE though...

Gotcha. I missed that critical bit about "the other half of the clip is the same as the existing wing"

I forget about this when working on my vehicles in Wisconsin. We don't have the annual inspection... Depending on location, he may be required to replace with OEM fasteners/hardware
