Upgrade audio unit

Hi guys, I have a 2014 tundra sr5 trd and I would like to upgrade the audio unit. I do not have GPS and I would like to get a unit with GPS in it. Can I do that? I heard some pioneer units like the NEX 7000, NEX 8000 or 8100 are pretty good. Any advices ??? Thanks!

 

I have Pioneer AVIC unit and love it. But like most electronic gadgets, it doesn't play nice when the weather gets too cold.

See these two pictures? My HU worked at - 18 F. But somewhere between - 18 and - 22, it stopped working. Don't worry, when the temperature gets warmer, my unit informs me (like I don't know) that 'normal temperature is restored' and begins to function normally.

Mine is Pioneer AVIC-Z140BH and. This was installed about 2 & 1/2 years ago. Back then, this was the most expensive model from Pioneer. I also have Metra Axxess ASWC steering wheel control interface, so, yes, I did retain the steering wheel controls.

 

I haven't messed with the head unit in my tundra yet, but I have owned a few pioneer h/u's and they were all great quality. Keep us updated!

 

Kenwood has great GPS because they use Garmin. I've had good luck with mine.
