Has anyone scotch brighted their chrome.

    Anyone on the forum do this? Seems like a option till I can have all the chrome color matched. Hot Rod community has been doing it for awhile. My truck is silver sky met so it might look cool. Here is a pic of a guy who did it to his Tacoma I pull off the internet.IMG_0037.jpg

    Interesting. Wonder if it would then take a spray bedliner well. I used a spray can from Home Depot for sliders and bumpers on my jeep and it has worn very well. Not sure about uv resistance as jeep lives in a garage.

    TRD Pro suspension, powder coated bumpers, wheels, tires, lowered, coated, list keeps going.
    I say go for it man. Will look way closer to silver sky than that shiney crap ya know... and if you don't like it your gonna color match anyway
