Really nice. Love those wheels! I've been looking for some myself. Is the rear lifted?

Thank you, no and yes lol, Have the rear air suspension adjusted, but have my complete lift kit with suspension ordered and hope to have it and on by the end of this month. I was very lucky to find these with only 20 miles on the tires.

Oh yes, forgot about the Platinum air susp. Great score on the wheels. What lift did you go with?

2008-2020 Sequoia 2.5" Lift With SPC UCAs

Strut Assembly With New KYB Strut Mounts - $159.99: Yes, I'll add strut assembly with new KYB strut mount for $159.99

    SKU: 2ndGenSeq2.5Lift/SPC/StrutMoun

I have to get the rear spring seats/seals and going to have the front end checked out as well to be sure nothing needs to be done before installing.

Then I have to decided whether I am will convert the front end to a Tundra or not. I have been researching parts list, but have yet to find a one.

Just the 2.5 lift and 1.25 wheels spacers. I am back and forth about fender lining from Bushwacker or anyone else. Considering Tundra front end swap or convert Headlights to the 2018 and TRD Pro Grille

Super nice Sequoia. I love the way it looks! Is that lift from 1stgenoffroad? I have the Dobinsons 2.5 springs and shocks about ready to go on my 08 Sequoia Limited. What is the total height ground to roof with the lift? I wondering to see if it will still fit in my garage after the lift. How does it ride?

What shocks did you get with those Dobinsons? Can’t seem to find anything that allows for 2.5” over stock

Looks awesome! Tip on headlights, the Morimoto’s are the best.
Also, what did you go with for the lift on the rear? Which spring and shock?

I purchased the the Dobinsons shocks for the sequoia that is listed for with 1.77" lift kit from Dobinsons. 1stgenoffroad has the same shocks listed with their "put together" kit with "2.5" Dobinsons springs, before he started offering the 5100s for the rear.

Thank you. I purchased a complete kit from 1stgenoffroad and I had to go with the one for rear air suspension. Front sits higher than the back assume that’s just a settling issue but if not I’ll get the ICON front coil overs. Thank you for the head light info!

I can’t decide whether to paint the front grille black or swap out to the tree pro grille. Hate to spend $ and it doesn’t fit right

Front bounces a lot but slowly settling in. Back seems to ride smoother. If the front doesn’t settle close to level with the back will replace with the ICON coilovers. I will be putting on 35s maybe just tires for now then wheels later on. Depends what I find and the cost.

How does lifting the rear of a Platinum effect the air suspension or did you remove the air suspension? I have never seen or hear of anyone putting a lift on a Platinum (just SR5 and Limited) because of the air suspension.

Honestly I didn't think it was possible. After seeing this it obviously is and I'm intrigued. I searched forever for a Limited because of the difference in rear suspension between the Limited and Platinum, but had to end up settling for a Platinum.

I removed it and replaced it with the spring seats, springs and shocks. I almost did what you did but found the deal on the Platinum and went with it.

the 35's will take away the illusion of the lift, it did on mine! the gap between your tires and fenders looks massive with those stock tires! lol

good start on the build tho

Thanks for the info. Same on the Platinum, we found a deal on a 2018 4x4 that I couldn't pass up. Finding a Limited with reasonable low miles that is a 4x4 and has the second row captains chairs is damn near impossible. I found 3 in the US and was prepared to fly one way to pick one of them up and drive it back, but they sell within 24 hours. Their damn near unicorns.

Love the Sequioa! Should be a fun build for you. Someday, I hope to convince my wife to get outta her Highlander and into a Sequioa.
