Bought a set of the sliders from them that you weld up yourself. I expected some instructions with some dimensions on where to place each piece. You know, a simple diagram so I can build them. No, they are not complex, but instructions would be nice.

    So I asked...

    Emailed them - no response
Sent Insta message - no response
Filled out form on website - no response

Website says they are not answering the phone

Sent the message on FB now also. No activity on their posts. 1 or 2 likes per.

Glad I paid with my Amex. At least I can get my $ back if it goes south.

    Updates.

I was emailed Sunday and told “yeah we don’t have instructions for those yet”. Its a kit with 60+ pieces. No diagram for welding them up. No instructions on mounting them. Nada.

Told them at least send a sketch. Was told to “go look at the website photos”. Nice, but zero pics of a late model Tundra with sliders - or any tundras. All Tacomas, Forerunners and the Lexus GX models.

They they responded to an Insta DM saying they would have me a sketch by Monday. Never happened.

Then they said a supervisor would call and walk me through install. Never happened.

Then today after muddling through tacking them together, I told them the mounting plate for the frame was wrong and none of the holes lined up and the main ones would not work.

Their response - “sorry you don’t like length but be assured it will protect”. I said nothing about length. Maybe their google translate was taking the day off.

They offered $100 refund. I said no and sent this.

Needless to say, I would avoid Relations Race Wheels at all costs.

    Final update

Got to speak to someone on the phone today, sent photos, etc. RRW agreed to refund 50% of the price paid.

Apparently they had a designer input something wrong so the mount wasn't made properly.

Overall, happy they did this and will continue and call them Frankenstein sliders.

I'm going to pay a fab shop to fix the mounting plates and install them.

I as well ordered the v2 “Weld yourself” sliders a week ago. Waiting on them to ship. Hopefully they come correctly pre-fabbed
