Local job went south with COVID- no work /bosses attitude changes- so went searching for a new company to work for in same sign / lighting field I’ve been in for 29 years !

Just got back from central/panhandle of Florida - NICE area - lots of beaches I didn’t have time to step foot on !

Worked 57 hrs in 3 days hitting and getting lightning service in Publix stores- SHEW !!! ( company got behind on the Publix service account because of a quitter/ man out for medical reasons)

Flew down for “training “ and to pick up new company bucket truck and drive back to Md - to work for them remotely in MD/DC/VA areas
servicing signs / interior / exterior lighting ETC !!

Yea it’s a dam RAM- but pretty nice for a work truck-150k rig !!

Hoping I didn’t bring COVID back with me !

Glad to be HOME- and missed my TUNDRA- yea and wife/ dogs too- lol !

I went down there a few weeks ago for a few weeks of work too but I am not about to get into a Plane right now so I drove both ways.

Everyone asks me how I like the Beaches too and don't really believe me when I tell them the only time I spent at the beach was when eating a sandwich inside the Van for lunch looking at the beach for 15 minutes maybe?!

I was down in Naples though were it was also way too hot and about to explode with the 'Rona too and as soon as my work was done I raced back to lock myself inside my own house again as much as I can.

Florida is not where I want to be right now but I do have to pay the bills too.

Glad you found something new and any truck is better than no truck especially if someone else is paying to keep it on the road!

Florida beaches are overrated. I'd rather be on a lake in northern Wisconsin in the summer and a lake in Central Florida in the winter.

Nice truck, somebody working there knows the value of having good equipment!
