Nice. I am in need of these for my tire rub on the upper control arms. I just had Wescott Designs order some up yesterday, so i will go with them since i already asked to get me on their schedule. Otherwise, this is a great deal.

Is everyone running front and back? Is it noticeable (looks bad) if only using on the front for clearance issues?

Whs007 is 1st gen lug pattern fyi

And no, lifting the front sucks the wheel/tire in. Spacers will offset that. But be careful, they can cause clearance issues. Example - on my truck and 35s, I ran spacers and rubbed the cab mount like crazy. Took them off, no issues

Good callout. I didn't go into the link, just saw the price. I'm on factory rims and didn't rub on the stock upper arms, but do now after swapping to Camburgs. 295/70/18 Cooper AT3 XLT's.

Where do you rub on the arms?
At the cup or forward of that?

Camburg are notorious for rubbing due to how far back the cups are.

I'm running Camburg as well, I rub forward the cup at full lock. If this is your experience as well...IMHO I'd leave it and let that be a reminder, whenever turning, to back off a little to help that steering rack out :) - I treat that as a "steering stop".

    Just my 2 cents

    Edit
OR do like 3/4" Bora spacers. IIRC those are the sweet spot to stay far enough away from the cab mount during steering sweep. I can double check into that if you'd like.

My rub is near full lock on both sides. Not on the cup, but right where the Camberg sticker is on the arm. Maybe on the cup too now that i look at the picture. I didn't have someone to turn and hold the wheel while i looked.

    1st gen up to 2006
    2007 to 2021 IMO is G2

    Some people argue G2 07-13 and G3 14-21...

    Same exact here.

I'd rather that at full lock than run a wheel spacer, just my opinion.

I'm maybe 3/8" or so away from the cup with my tire. Never had any issues there and never felt uncomfortable/unsafe with that little space.

“G3’s” argue for a different gen because they don’t want to admit they paid $40K+ for a 2007 truck haha I’d give them G2.5 at best...
