save up and go with something like OME or toytec ultimate coils for the front. more $ but less work then spacers and they work in the dirt

I am actually looking into a 3.5 in Rough country bolt on lift with UCA for $550 plus tax. So i could get lift for price of UCA

My truck cam with a level kit on the front with a mix of spacers. The shocks were warn but it actually road ok. I went with the bilstines 6110's on the lowest position and I don't think that it was a huge improvement for on road ride. Well see what happens off road. I do know what a high dollar suspension rides like . If your just going for looks a cheep lift will be perfect.

mine is a cm but long ago when i was on tight budget i did a revtek 3/1 level (front only came up by 1.5" and 1" block in rear) but i rode it this way for about 10yrs until stock shocks wore at 80k miles. if you level/lift def bigger tires imo, 18" wheels are ok. i run 20" wheels and 305/55/20.

i'm on fox stage 4 now sitting at 4/2 but that won't be in your budget so i'll refrain from showing :)

    stock 18 wheels:

As a guy who's done lifts on several vehicles I've owned over the years, I'll say whatever you do do it right the first time. If you're the kinda guy who'll eventually want a full on lift, just wait and save then get what you want. I've had times when I took the cheaper option first to satisfy my burning desire for a lift, only to buy a "better" lift later. Ends up cheaper in the long run.

If you'll be satisfied with a spacer lift, just stick with that.

33x12.50 is a good tire size on a leveled Tundra , i recommend the Road One Cavalry M/T they are only .6 inches taller than stock but put you on a 12 wide , they are considered a budget friendly tire mine were $650 for all 4 33x12.50R20s i believe 18s are cheaper. the company is actually owned by Perelli an use's their technology. you just don't have to pay for the name. i have 8k miles on mine and they still look brand new , they handle like my nitto neo gens on my celica, ride good.

all my other trucks were Toyo MT's and cooper MTP's basically twice as much money , i don't notice a difference.

i'd highly suggest after the spacer lift saving and getting the ToyTec ultimate 3' lift they ride amazing. i wont touch RC after my last truck. plus i dont know what that RC kit all has , might be incomplete and missing vital parts for the rest of the drive train an bushings to survive. after paying $500 bucks for a RC lift you might have to soon dish out $400 in new CV's every year plus labor if you cant do it your self.
