Hell yeah! I'm happy to see some other metal brothers on here! Octane is my fave channel on SiriusXM. Thanks for the info on your setup Geno. I might have to look into doing this as well. Have y'all heard of Aftershock or Sonic Temple festivals?

I thought the ones Sparks sold were covers that went over the existing chrome? Do they have both (covers and actual bumpers ends)? I'm guessing so. Even the covers seemed ridiculously expensive.

The ones by Ecoological Bumpershellz so far are holding up just fine. Combination of heavy duty 3M tape, and utilizing existing bolt mounting points.

Regardless, I didn’t like having portions of the chrome peaking out of the sides and the chances of water getting in behind them. And I was talking about the ones from spark parts are extremely overpriced for pieces of plastic that takes them 2 months to paint and ship out.

    You do you boo!
I went with the covers for the same reason, I didnt want those pieces to be 100% plastic. At least with what I have at the moment they are metal with plastic on top.

    Yes they have both.
Here is a link to the end caps.
It is another $275 to have them painted by their painter.

Nice mods and cool gun. I thought it was a Saiga at first. Upon reading up a bit on it, seems like a great buy. You have any issues with reliability? I'll admit I haven't bought a gun in quite some time. Most of mine are oldies but goodies.

Hey Andre, sorry cant say I have. However, I will admit I've literally never been to any concert or festival in my life. As much as I like music going to a concert is just something I'm probably better off staying away from. I can't say I have the patience for people to be bumping into me, especially something like a mosh pit. Especially now in my older age. It seems like I've got smarter with age, but my patience with people has warn even more thin. Except for sports growing up, anytime anyone would threaten my personal space I had a tendency to react in a negative manner. So now I stay away from large crowds. I just can't relax around large groups of people. Guess you can say I'm a bit off my rocker.

But they both sound fun for other people lol.

Sounds like u might have just sold them without breaking any rules. Unless I'm wrong I don't think there's anything wrong with selling through a pm and sounds like u might have just found yourself a buyer. Good luck.

I can understand that man. I feel the same way. I've only gotten down close for a few bands. Usually I just hang out in the back where I don't have to worry about people shoving each other. Also, the wife and I buy the VIP tickets so we can go sit and watch on a monitor instead of standing up the whole time, lol.

Found a TRD Pro insert on Facebook and since my eBay grill didn't come with letters, I bought it just for those. Swapped the letters into the ebay grill and test fit, sits perfectly. I'll leave it on for a bit but eventually I'll have to separate the insert to get the surround painted and order a Sky Silver hood bulge. Gotta wait for the bank to replenish though. At least the most obnoxious part (not getting the letters) is solved.

If you are really blasting it, I would think about upgrading your fuse holder to an anl style (and take it out of the fuse box). Those glass tube ones can melt pretty easily......without blowing the fuse, so you wouldn't even know
