I bought the non OEM one from eBay for $45 plus shipping. It's not that great, I wasn't too happy with the feel or the quality of the shift knob. Luckily my friend had his from his old TRD Pro and gave it to me. Just buy the original and you be happier in the end.

A major issue I was having was that the eBay non OEM shift knob thread came loose within the shift knob. When I was backing out of my driveway I ended up with the shift knob in my hand when I put my truck in reverse. To simplify it a bit, the shift knob came completely out of the threaded rod where the shift knob gets screwed on to. I would hate to be in a situation where I need to change shift direction quickly and that happening and cause an accident or hurt someone.

When I bought mine it was slightly less than $20 which, in my opinion, was a pretty descent deal. It is still holding up and hasn't come off unintentionally. Clearly a YMMV deal. At 45 bucks, not worth it.
