Can anyone tell me which wires to tap for the Amp PowerStep in a 2020?

For whoever runs into this problem...

passenger side is the same as the 2019 with the green and tan wires.

drivers side is the blue wire in the lock panel for the rear door which is one pin above the 2018 wire but the color is the same. The drivers door is the red wire 4th down from the top in the middle of the connector behind the knee plastic.

On the passenger side I located the green and tan wire as per the instructions but the instructions are unclear as to what wire to connect to the tan and green wire ... I currently have the white wire hooked to the tan wire and the blue wire to the green .... what am I doing wrong? Is each side independent of the other side? I only have the passenger hooked up at this time .... exhaust shroud makes the floor install of the wires on driver side difficult so I thought try the passenger then go to the driver side.
