Just saw on the news that parts of the southwest are getting a "rare" heat wave this weekend. 117+ in Phoenix. :eek:125+ in Death Valley.

Y'all can keep all that. I'll stick with the humidity. :p

I prefer the name "lance" for male karens. My cousin who is 35 years of age, holds two masters degrees. One is a masters in math, and the other I cannot recall. May as well be upside down underwater basket weaving.

I was up at his place recently. The man couldn't figure out how to unlock his car with his key. (Fob battery died.) He does not tip when he is eating out, which is almost every meal. The reason for this is "these people should have gotten a better job. They shouldn't rely on me to pay their wages."

He is the definition of male karen. A "Maren"

    THANK YOU!
Someone other than my family, and I FINALLY said it.

When I took a break for fathers day weekend. I went up to his parents house to get away. I helped my uncle set up the tables, chairs, corn hole boards, grille, etc.

When we were tearing down for the night. Lance couldn't figure out how to fold a folding table. He had the instructions. Still couldn't figure it out.

I finally showed him on the first one, and walked him through doing the next one. Even with guidance he struggled. He was raised on a farm. I guess that explains why my uncle always enjoys my help. The son he never had. He has 3 grown children. All men. None are capable in the slightest.

The thread was taken down between now, and then?

Anyway, it was laser cut, led lit, door sills tied into the door light just the same as PHMs light strip. Custom engraving in the stainless steel, etc.

"Vendor" was listing options for 1st gen DC, and every other gen, model except AC.

When I explain to people why and what you pay for with speakers is something similar. There are plenty of people who go to college and get a degree but are still complete morons. Then there's a true professional at his craft, these people can be artists in there respective field.
Case in point; we all have seen hand models before and ill, just horrible. We have an artist right here @Professional Hand Model  Top notch artist in his craft.

You can't fix stupid, it's best to sit back and watch in amazement

In this particular familial instance my gut, instincts, up bringing, and soul told every fiber of my being to help in this situation. I know what it feels like to be surrounded by people, and be the only one working. I saw my uncle struggling with Lance's help. I stepped in, and started to help out.

Lance has always been highly intelligent, but he has about as much common sense as a dildo.

Welcome to my job every day. I always tell people a college campus is filled with the dumbest smart people you've ever seen. The people in my department are good natured and are very charitable but have the common sense of a potato.

Ah. That’s like in my line of work when an item says ‘medical’. Changes the price by about 400%

I like it. Things heavy as hell without a hose. The ratchet mechanism is robust.. it puts regular home reels to shame.

I thought about buying one of those reels, but it would interfere with my feather duster collection.

Ha! My gf's ex was like that. Couldn't do a damn thing. I've fixed all kinds of shit and she's amazed. I'm not even that good at fixing shit so he must've been really bad.

That's weird man. Me and the plumber were just talking about how we were gonna hang these in the engine bay.

I can't seem to find the post anymore. Maybe the OP violated the 30 day sell rule thing.

I didn't take a screenshot because I just thought it would be there later. Bummer.

IIRC 1st gen DC door sills, led strips, and custom engraving in the SS was around $200 for 4 doors?

PHM, for us the "vendor" only offered the two front door sills for $125 IIRC. Same thing as the DC application.

Of course, 2nd, and 3rd gen stuff was cheaper.
