It'll end up all over you but it's not a terrible job. According to their estimator you need 44 bags per 1000sq ft to get an R30 coverage at 9" depth.

Moved the fence forward (meaning built a new panel and gate and cut down the old fence) since there was no sprinklers and it looked ugly.
I gotta say that I’m pretty proud of myself making a gate front scratch and it working all but 100%. Got a few little things still to do but I spent most of the day doing this with help from the wife and the kids running around. Not exactly the way I pictured spending our wedding anniversary lol.

Looks good. I'd recommend relocating that downspout outlet, turning it 90 or 180 degrees. All that water seeping into the ground will eat away at the fence posts quicker than usual over time.

Thanks. I've done it once before and it wasn't terrible, but that was at my old how which was smaller. Guess the other question would be how would I determine the sq ft of the attic space? Should technically be the same as the house, no?

If it were me I would probably also anchor the 4x4 to the brick on the house. Looks good!

I was going to but anchoring to the brick is such a hassle so I dug the post pretty deep (24” in ground and 66” above)

Finally finished the "Kit" portion of this shed. All in all I''m please, it was 1000 for the kit that included everything but the Sill and the Shingles. I still have a lot of work to do like run wiring, paint the trim, might insulate, put in a vent fan. I plan on eventually putting on siding to match the house, the primer on the shed is almost a match to the house! I'm not a carpenter but it turned out pretty good but I didn't have to make any cuts besides the shingles :) I probably spent another 500 in materials..

Had a spot in the front of the house that was basically just pea-stones and weeds, and looked like Sh#t. :annoyed: Used some leftover slate i had from another job, and an old Buckboard seat i had laying around, and Voila, much better. Wife asked where i got the dead plant in the pic, shook her head and said she'd pick up some new ones since i worked so hard. ;)

More home improvement jobs today, the list never seems to end. :goingcrazy: :) Today started prepping the 200 Ft. of fence i have around the perimeter of some of my front yard for some new wood preservative. God bless the person that invented the pressure washer! :hattip:IMG_0951.jpg IMG_0954.jpg IMG_0961.jpg

Finally put up the above ground pool. After a 2 month waiting to have it shipped it's up and filling up. Had a wind gust earlier in the day that made it a oh shit moment trying to put up the walls. Luckily the nebiors came to the rescue.

Replaced Screens on elderly neighbors back porch, Installed new Security Lights, Painted Porch and Back of House. She's visiting relatives in TN and doesn't know we are doing anything. Tomorrow installing a new door to the porch and putting polyurethane on tongue & groove ceiling of porch

At my house, I installed new conduit and wiring for security camera and flood light. Also redid the conduit and wiring for the pool lights. I'm getting the house painted and want the conduit painted also.
