Has anyone found a better one ? I'm sure I could print a new mount if needed, 480.00 for a replacement is stupid.
EDIT: thats for a whole camera assembly. I'll take it apart and see if its removable from the mount
The one on my 2019 sucks ass so I'm going to be searching for a replacement.

This is the current PN for 2018-2020

I have a new one coming in Tomorrow in theory from Rostra and it is said to be better than the stock one.
Mine is a Brake Light Cam with rotating eyeball to aim the camera.
I lost the tailgate with my new shell and had to do something and they offer a decent variety and Toyota mating connectors or them and the one I got was $200 for the whole thing.

I wasn't expecting that and it won't quite work for me but please throw a picture up when you get it, I'd like to see it.

Oh I will and evidently any of the cameras that they sell should work for this so I would give them a shout and ask if they have an option to replace the stock unit and see what they say.
