I already had a grudge over their ceramic spray. I paid $80.00 for 16 ounces and it lasted less than a month. Everything else I’ve tried from Adams has been average at best. When the false advertisement came to light, was brought to their attention, and to this day still hasn’t been corrected, I did give up on them.

I will say that the couple of times I dealt with Adams customer service, it was top notch. I just think they’ve move towards the Chemical Guys philosophy of being more concerned with marketing than quality. There are just too many exceptional companies in this industry to give money to one that is average.

You’re right about that percentage label. It did skew my opinion of the product. It is a good product, but that is an issue for me. They’re delivering 30% less of the most expensive component than advertised.

If they’d done like Shine Supply and just not specified it, I’d probably have kept using it. As it stands now, Spiked Punch is at least as good, (I say better, but I admit my bias), cheaper with our discount, and Jeremy has shown unwavering integrity. If this had happened with Shine Supply, he’d have immediately corrected it. In my experience, he errs more toward understating his products than the other way around.

I hope you’re kidding around. I certainly didn’t mean to come across as judging any opinion you have. I was just giving my opinion. Like I said, I fully admit I have a bias against Adams. Not undeserved from my point of view, but I certainly don’t think less of anyone with a different opinion.

Adams is off course a good brand in car detailing and I am familiar with some of its products. I know they are well. But for waterless treatment, I use Aero Cosmetics Waterless Wash Wax. I am using this product for last 1 year, and I am happy with it. I like it the best because it is a 100% water-based product. If you want, you can check the detail of the product.
