I put 3" BDS spacers up front and 3" Coachworks shackles in the rear. Do I need to, or should I replace the rear factory shocks since I added height? If I should replace, with what. Not terribly interested in reservoir shocks bc of the price, unless they are absolutely worth it. I did see where Toytec sells a Boss shock for 1-3" of rear lift. Thanks for any input. 2017 CM SR5 TSS 4x4

Toytec is a good option and a site sponsor. There is a good selection of quality vendors on this site.

To answer your question, yes you do need to swap out the rear shocks. You will top those out pretty quick.

I installed the Bilstein 5160 shocks on my Tundra and was happy with that purchase. Not sure if the 165.00 x 2 is in the budget right now.

Keep us posted on what you decide.

Look at OME rear shocks also. They are also rated for 1-3 inches and they are as bullet-proof as they come.

Agree with above, I'd get ahold of Toytec. Call them and tell them what you have.

Some Mods :) See build thread for details
As stated above yes you will want new rear shocks. The shocks will be extended 1-3" at ride height with the shackles. This means that they will end up at their limit before full droop. This leads to a not so comfortable ride as your range is limited.
